To meet demand, we have expanded competitor spots to celebrate our 12th anniversary. Approved competitors will have the ability to display their vehicle indoors or outdoors on a first-come-first-serve basis on event day.
We receive an overwhelming amount of interest for the event so please be patient.
NOTE: YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED AND CHARGED ONCE THE APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.
YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION “APPROVED”, “DENIED” OR “PENDING” WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS
FOR THOSE “APPROVED”, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
FOR THOSE “DENIED”, YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS.
FOR “PENDING” STATUS, YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE ON HOLD TILL FURTHER NOTICE (WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL).
