EVENT MOVE-IN

Move-In for Approved Competitors and Vendors occurs from 8:00AM - 11:00AM on Saturday May 25, 2019. When you arrive, please report to the front gate to check-in. Please have your ID ready for identity verification. Please also ensure you have no more than a 1/4 tank of gas in your fuel tank.
Once checked-in, FITTED event staff will direct you a designated area to park your vehicle or set-up your booth. Please obey their directions as they are here to ensure your move-in occurs efficiently and safely. Vendors are expected to drop off their booth materials and park their vehicles into the general spectator lot.
Competitors, you are permitted to bring ONE guest for FREE. Vendors are permitted a designated quantity of passes as per your purchase agreement. Guest(s) must accompany you into the event during Event Move-In. No exceptions.
COMPETITOR CHECK-IN
Report to the FITTED event tent once you have parked your vehicle. Staff will provide a competitor package which includes your designated hangtag for judging. It is crucial that you display this hangtag where a judge is able to clearly view it. FITTED event staff will not judge vehicles without the hangtags properly displayed.
COMPETITOR PARKING
To meet demand, we have expanded competitor spots to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Approved competitors will have the ability to display their vehicle indoors or outdoors on a first-come-first-serve basis on event day.
Want to park with your crew? Ensure all of you arrive together during Event Move-In. FITTED Event Staff cannot guarantee parking if all vehicles are not present.
EVENT MOVE-out
Event move-out commences immediately after the event awards have completed at 5:00PM. No vehicles are permitted to leave before 5:00PM in order to ensure attendee safety. This is strictly enforced via on-site security staff.
